A:
An employee that cares about the company, is also engaged in it. They do things without being asked and even if the boss isn't watching, they do it simply out of their own will to help the company to success without getting a reward. If an employee isn't engaged, they will leave the company straight away if they get a better offer from someone else. You as an employer has to show the employee that they are cared about and valued in the company, because without that an employee will certainly not be engaged in the company.
B:
A big problem is the rapid changing in jobs. To keep your employees, you need to reshape your engagement strategy and earn the loyalty of their employees. You need to respond to the changes happening around us in the world. It's a clear fact that the companies that have engaged employees achieve better business results.
