CASE 2 A: McDonalds: McDonalds made the training fun by using a game that would inspire the worker, but also give a realistic real-life situation. It went so well that the game was played by outsiders as well, which proves that the game was made in such a fun way, that outside people would play it just for fun. By using new technology, the training process is developing, and getting more time and money efficient. This way, the companies doesn’t have to invest a lot of money in a training session which wouldn’t end up teaching the employees anything new, which again would be a waste of the company’s valuable time and money. McDonald’s has proven here that developing company tactics at the same time with the rapid changes in the world, is a good thing.
