A: The problem is that the police officer probably didn't think he would get any kind of sanctions because of what he did. If we look at the powerful men, that are leading e.g. the United States, Trump isn't the best role model. He has basically gotten away with what his done, so why wouldn't other men like him think that what they are doing is okay.

B: the servers are putting their personal opinions out there about the customer, which isn't professional, you should be able to leave your personal life, AND opinions outside of work.

Social media can both help and make things worse, it can destroy lives and businesses.

People should have some kind of common sense, and know that you can't do things like leaving something rude on a bill. 

C: To make someone lose their livelihood, as well as punish them, because of that their spouse is doing the right thing, is just nuts.

The fact that the water problems, actually gave her sons led poisoning, and that because she spoke out about it her family is being punished.

A: An employee that cares about the company, is also engaged in it. They do things without being asked and even if the boss isn't watching, they do it simply out of their own will to help the company to success without getting a reward. If an employee isn't engaged, they will leave the company straight away if they get a better offer from someone else. You as an employer has to show the employee that they are cared about and valued in the company, because without that an employee will certainly not be engaged in the company. CASE 1

The problem they now have, after the damage has already been done, is how to get back from what they did, since the world has realized what they did isn’t okay, and that beautiful is seen in so many ways, that there are different kinds off beautiful. A big thing is also the size of the person, they could qualify by the hair and facial features, but if they are even a bit bigger than average it's not even possible to recruit them, since they are supposed to be wearing the company's clothes, and the company only makes up to size L, which is a size M in the real world. The biggest problem with the company's recruitment process was , according to me, that they didn't think a few years into the future, and maybe try to predict that the way they were doing things wouldn't work in the future. CASE 3

I think the problem here is that the manager was uncomfortable with giving appraisal and the employee receiving, and that it's still a way too common thing.  as well as not enough communication between, so the employee had no idea that it hadn't gone as well as they had thought. this also creates the problem that if you wait a long time to tell the employee that they aren't doing as well of a job that they initially thought, then it's lost time with a bad performance.
